Jeff's coworker invited CJ to his son's first birthday party at Gymboree Play & Music in San Ramon. Now I only had known Gymboree as a kids clothing store, but it turns out that they also own membership facilities for kids to play. It was actually quite fun, particularly for the one year olds, as there was a hostess that facilitates activities and singalongs. The kids were running around, climbing up wooden playground furniture, throwing balls around, playing with marachas...what fun for them! Unfortunately CJ couldn't participate much being one of the youngest babies in the group but he wasn't really fussy at all and seemed to enjoy himself! A place to consider joining once CJ is a little older!
